How we deliver, what we will refund, what we do with your data, and the conditions of sale. Written to be read once rather than skimmed.

Delivery and collection
We deliver across Uganda using our own riders within Kampala and a vetted courier network elsewhere. Delivery is charged at checkout according to the zone you select.

Delivery is free within Greater Kampala on orders over UGX 300,000. Orders placed after the dispatch cut-off for your area are sent the next working morning.
Handover conditions
- Packages are released only to a person aged 21 or over, who may be asked for a national ID or passport.
- The recipient must sign for the package. If the tamper seal is broken, refuse delivery and call us before the rider leaves.
- If nobody is available at the address, the rider will call and wait five minutes. After two failed attempts the order returns to dispatch and a second delivery fee applies.
- We do not leave packages with guards, reception desks or neighbours unless you instruct us in the order notes.

Returns and refunds
Cannabis products cannot be resold once they leave our control, so the return window is deliberately narrow and tied to the seal.
- Damaged or incorrect items: report within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the sealed package. We replace or refund in full, including the delivery fee.
- Unopened, sealed products: returnable within 48 hours of delivery for a refund of the product value. Return delivery is at your cost unless the fault was ours.
- Opened products: not returnable. This is a food and inhalation category and we cannot verify storage once the seal is broken.
- Lifestyle goods: unworn and unwashed apparel may be exchanged within 14 days for another size. Prints are final sale unless damaged in transit.
- Failed payments: mobile money reversals follow the provider’s timelines, typically 24 to 72 hours. We will send the provider reference so you can follow up.

Age policy
This store sells products containing THC and is restricted to adults aged 21 and over. We ask for confirmation on entry and may ask for identification at handover.
We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 21, and we cancel and refund orders where age cannot be verified. If you believe a minor has accessed this site, contact us immediately.

Privacy notice
What we collect
- Order data: name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address and map pin, and the contents of your order.
- Payment data: the mobile money number used to pay and the provider’s transaction reference. We never receive or store your mobile money PIN.
- Technical data: standard server logs and, if you consent, anonymised analytics.
Why we collect it
To take payment, route your delivery, provide support, meet record-keeping obligations, and improve the store. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use order data for advertising.
Who receives it
The rider or courier assigned to your order receives your name, number, address and the delivery notes you supply. Our payment provider receives the amount, the mobile money number and the order reference. Map tiles are loaded from OpenStreetMap; your pin is not sent to them.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years for tax and compliance purposes. Map pins are deleted 30 days after delivery. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data by writing to orders@landosmiles.com.
Your choices
You can decline analytics, unsubscribe from the journal with one click, and ask us to correct or delete your data. Age verification and order records are the two things we cannot delete on request, because they are required to trade lawfully.

Terms of sale
By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older, that you are buying for personal use, and that possession and use of the products you order is lawful where you will use them.
- All prices are in Ugandan shillings and include VAT. Delivery is charged separately and shown before payment.
- Payment is taken by mobile money before dispatch. Orders are only released once the provider confirms the transaction.
- Product availability is subject to stock. If an item sells out after payment we refund that line in full within one working day.
- We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect resale, fraud, or a breach of the age policy.
- Nothing sold on this site is a medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
